Lets face it, you can use a Mason jar for about everything. Last friday night (over a few drinks in mason jars) my friend and I thought it might be a good idea to shoot a photo through a jar. I assumed that people were already doing this so wanted to look up some examples, but couldn’t… The next day I shot a few in Portland and again the following day. This sunrise in the photo of Portland Headlight was taken on the 3rd day. It wasn’t easy but I think thats when I finally worked out the kinks. Its a fun style that I look forward to exploring more.
